Made with Lava Stone — this naturally porous rock is great for holding essential oils! Simply drop one drop on a few of the beads and let it soak in. Over the next several days the fragranch of the oils will emit from your bracelet. When it wears off, you can use the same oil or change it up. The Lava stone will never run out of uses, so no need for replacement waste like man made pads. I recommend a calming oil like Lavender, Lilac, or relaxation blend to stay with the theme, but any oil will work.
